Documentation Platform für das Mensa International Volunteering Network

Overview

The International Volunteering Network (IVN) of Mensa International coordinates volunteers who want to get involved with Mensa internationally. I took end-to-end responsibility for their documentation platform, from requirements gathering through to live operation. Three distinct solutions were researched, each prepared with a working sandbox system and presented to the stakeholders, who chose Docusaurus as the best fit for their workflows and preferences.

Requirements and evaluation

Gathering requirements, researching relevant solutions, and presenting them to the stakeholders. For each option presented, I set up a working sandbox system so that the decision could be made against a real system rather than on paper.

Decision and delivery

Supporting the stakeholders in their decision-making, then building and hosting the chosen solution to the agreed requirements.
